RVs & Trailers Ordinance (Section 4.04.01)
On 2/5/26, the HTPC began discussions to amend this Zoning Ordinance. Be sure to submit your questions, ideas and/or concerns immediately to the Planning Commission AND Board. Click here for a Synopsis and History of this Ordinance
Boats & Docks Ordinance (Section 5.02.02)
On 1/15/2026, despite several residents asking the PC to wait until residents returned from winter travel to be able to participate, the HTPC carried through with a RE-DO Public Hearing and passed the same Ordinance language previously agreed to on 6/19/25.
Planning Commission ELIMINATES 50%
of its Monthly Meetings
On 11/6/25 - HTPC voted to ELIMINATE 50% of their Regular Monthly meetings and convene only in the following months: Feb., April, June, Aug., Oct. & Dec.
Note: Many residents (snowbirds) will be unable to attend the February, April and December meetings.
