On 2/5/26, the HTPC began discussions to amend this Zoning Ordinance. Be sure to submit your questions, ideas and/or concerns immediately to the Planning Commission AND Board.

Data Centers Ordinance (NEW)
On 9/3/26, the Planning Commission decided to HALT the Ordinance Amendment process it had "finalized" on 8/6/26.
The PC decided it was best to review & consider
NEW INFORMATION it had received and explore options for a MORATORIUM.
TOPIC STILL OPEN
for Public Input!
Planning Commission reverts to Meeting MONTHLY.
On 6/4/26 - the PC voted to return to Meeting MONTHLY
on the 1st Thursday of each Month.
Meetings are now held
at 7:00 PM.
